Sandy is among the most experienced Real Estate Brokers in the Orlando, Florida area. She has more than 25 years of real estate transactions under her belt, and for the last 15 years, she has led Windermere-based Roman Realty Group, one of Greater Orlando's most successful boutique brokerages.

From Million Dollar Luxury Homes to Townhomes, Condos, and Vacant Land, Sandy has assembled an exemplary portfolio of Real Estate deals over the span of her career. She also has a tremendous wealth of knowledge and always represents each of her clients to the best of her ability, even in the most challenging of contractual circumstances.
In addition to traditional sales transactions, Sandy also specializes in short sales, foreclosures, property management, and both short and long-term leases.

Having witnessed the extensive growth of new construction and its impact on Florida's environment firsthand, Sandy took it upon herself to become the first certified "EcoBroker" in the area. She is an active member of the Florida Green Building Coalition, which provides statewide green building programs with economic and environmental benefits.

Sandy is also a Florida Licensed Community Association Manager, which enables her to manage residential properties on every level, including condominium and homeowner associations.

Brian is an experienced Broker Associate ($20+ million career sales) with several record-breaking deals to his name + a wealth of experience representing Sellers & Buyers across the Greater Orlando, Florida area. He is a strong negotiator, highly-responsive, & always committed to delivering exceptional customer service to his clients.

Prior to becoming a Realtor, Brian had a 7-year career in the sports industry, which included positions with each the NFL and Major League Baseball Players Associations, Fanatics, & the Amateur Athletic Union here in Orlando.
